How I Teach

The private swim lessons are customized to meet the student’s needs and I use a gentle and encouraging approach which enables students to overcome any fear of the water and progress quickly. Each student brings something different and it is beautiful to watch their faces as they find success!

What to Expect for Beginners

• Swimming (first gliding eventually kicking)

• Floating on the back

As swimmers gain confidence and comfort in the water:

• Swimming longer distances

• Jumping and going back to the wall independently
