Bad weather:

In the case of dangerous or inclement weather, I will call you to reschedule the lesson.

Cancellations:

Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to the full lesson charge.

The pool:

I will happily come to your home or friend’s pool. ( no public pools)

Parents:

Learning to swim is something that has to be done. In my years of experience, I have worked with many fearful children. It is important that parents ‘back me up’.
